I'm Sanjay Karki, a Server Administrator and Application Hosting Specialist at Heidelberg Materials Digital Hub in Brno, Czechia. With a career spanning IBM, Kyndryl, and beyond, I've built deep expertise in VMware ESXi, Windows Server, and Linux infrastructure — from bare-metal deployments to full cloud migrations on Microsoft Azure.

Earlier at IBM, I served as Service Coordinator and Incident Manager — leading cross-functional teams through critical incidents, championing process improvement, and building the response-readiness culture that keeps enterprise systems recoverable and resilient.

I started out as a Web Developer in Kathmandu, which gives me a full-stack perspective on every infrastructure challenge. I remain genuinely passionate about programming, science, and technology in their broadest spectrum.
